I love the no hungry days except when there are too many of them close together.  I can use fewer calories but no starvation mode please. 

Now what I truly love is burbon .  Could do with  a vanilla burbon protein shake, whatcha think?

damn - I am just as bad as you cause the thought of that shake is REALLY appealing!!!!  LMAO

Yesterday was a good day for me. Food, supps, H20 and exercise in good standing.  I am going to spend some time today reading the weight training book, The New Rules of Lifting for Women, that Mack Mama referred to me.  I mention it in case others want to check it out. I bought mine from Amazon.com.  I have a feeling that it will all make more sense to me now that I spent almost 2 hours with the trainer....only paid for 1 but it seems he did not have anything else going on. I think someone canceled.

I am also going to work on my menus. I am going to plan out two weeks and add some variety and new recipes. I am not thinking about being focused on food in an unhealthy way BUT rather figure out some menus that will be appetizing for the girls and I.

I was loving on Purple's menus....they look so healthy and have variety....so I am going to do some homework in this area.

Other than that...I will report plans tomorrow.  Just going to stick to proteins and H20 today.   


I do have a taste for a nice fresh salad too. I bought these salad sprintzer sprays last time I was at the store....love the Italian...just enough to make a salad have flavor without all the calories,

That book is on my list to review also.  I ned a new routine bad.  I've stagnated and I'm bored.

I'm a day late but for Friday 1192 calories, a high 176g protein yeah, fat 33g, net carbs 53g.  All vits taken, 104 oz liquids including 48 oz plain water.  I'm scared to speak too soon but I moved mt ticker 0.2 lbs down at last.  Finally the steroid weight gain is gone.  perhaps raising the protein was the ticket.
