Good Morning BAF people,  its SATURDAY.  Lets make the most of our weekend everyone! 

Tell the whole truth and be accountable.  If you've had a good week how will you remain steady over the weekend?  If the week was marginal, how will you come correct?  It only need be a cluster fcku if you make it so. 

Regardless of what you've done to date, this week can be a success.  You can stay in control over the weekend.  You can also use the weekend to fix the errors and ommisions of the week.

You held it to just one, that's good.  While you're still early out (or are you pre op???) you may want to make the snack foods a rare treat.  Get the most out of your honeymoon period and start internalizing new habits.

I had a good week but I am making a conscious decision to **** up this weekend...3 day you know....can't let that shiot go to waste!

We need to treat ourselves sometimes.  Knowing when to cut it off is the key.  I've indulged a bit today myself in some ff chips and peanuts.  Not exactly a smorgasboard but any straight up carbs and fat are a treat for me.

This past week has been hell, I was all off my game.  To try to refocus I'm doing only liquids this weekend and I'm sucking on my 1st protein shake as I type.

Next week I will be better.

I could really use a few liquid days.  I feel like my appetite is getting too big some days then fine most days.  It needs a little leveling out. 

Good idea to jump right in and get back on track.

I did okay yesterday - didn't really eat dinner tho.  I wasn't hungry for anything and when I'm like that it's hard for me to eat something.  Usually I have a craving or at least a feeling about eating.... no such luck last night.  I just ate a couple of crackers - drank a lotta bourbon tho!  LOL

Babygirl has a playdate with her big sister - while they are gone I plan to clean my house and fridge out, then make some chili. 

Time permitting, I will also pull out my exercise mat and do some core work, but if not, tomorrow I will be in the gym cause the kids area will be closed so won't be a whole gang of sonsabiotches in there.....I truly hate a crowded gym! 

Working on my first glass of tea for the day, will take vitamins in a lil bit, but alas..... ain't hungry for breakfast but know better than to skip it so I will come up with something......

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

I had my extended tummy tuck on November 30. My surgeon has cleared me to exercises and I haven't as of yet. He said to do cardio and strength training but no core exercises at this time. How long did you wait? Monday will be 6 weeks for me. I know I will swell but I'm apprehensive about going back to the gym at this time.

Congrats on that tt.  You'll be turning heads in that twopiece this summer.
