I had gastric bybass surgery three years and three months ago. I have never taken probiotics. Early out I remember being told about them, but never had the need to take. I have been experiending lots of rumbling in the stomach. If anyone has taken, what kind do you recommend?

I get what ever is cheap/on sale.  You do want to make sure that the flora is in at least the billion.  Walgreens & CVS are 2 drugstores that has vitamins buy one get on free almost weekly.  Be sure to read the package carefully, as most need to be refridgerated after opening or stored in a cool place to keep the flora alive.  Just be close to the bathroom the 1st couple of days, as it will make you go as pretty frequently as it regulates the bacteria in your stomach.
