HOLD MY FEET TO THE FIRE! TIME TO BE ACCOUNTABLE
I'm a day late but here are my results for Tuesday.
It was my high cal day for the week. I ate my max which I've set at the maint requirement for a sedentary person at my goal of 140 lbs. That gives me a built in deficit cushion of the calorie requirement for the additional 15 lbs I weigh.
Calories 1530, liquids 96 oz but no plain water (bad), protein 164g, fat 75g, net carbs 32g. No workout, bad I know but its been one of those weeks. I have a lot of making up to do because Wed is no better. I will be caught up by Sunday, somehow, some way. All vits taken.
