Accountability Mission: No Mercy and No Excuses 

Good Morning,  its WEDNESDAY, aka hump day. 
I began today attempting to fix a network connection that was not broken.  OH is loading like dial up for me today folks so replies will be slow in comming. 


Tell the whole truth and be accountable.  Where do you stand mid week?  Are you working your plan for the week?  Have you dropped the ball?  Do you need to make any adjustments?  Under control or out of control, wich describes this week for you? 

Thinking total health does not mean giving up satisfaction folks.  Find the good food choices you enjoy.  Try activities untill you find the exercise niche that's right for you.   Weight loss, healthy weight maintenance, and a healthy lifestyle require lifetime commitment.  You have to find some enjoyment in anything you're going to successfully commit to long term.

Was in the gym at 5am today!  Full body weights and a lil cardio ‘icing’ – then protein shake when I got home.  Had a slice of toast and fried spam a lil after that.

 

Lunch will be soup today – I’m still not feeling like eating, but know I have to.  Hot and Sour soup w/an eggroll from my Chinese spot up the skreet prolly….. LOL

 

Dinner – who knows – probably soup again chicken rotini w/broccoli cheese n rice casserole added (know you can’t just eat soup out the can, you gotta ‘help’ it some lol)

 

Water – shooting for 80 oz – did good yesterday

Vitamins – check

 

That is all. 

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

These early mornings agree with you.  I need to get out of my morning slump.  Good holding it down on the exercise , vits and water.

Morning!

I plan to start logging in what I eat starting today. I need to know the right fit for me losing more weight. I would like to get off another 10-15 pounds by my surgerversary.....which is Feb. 5th.

I secretly started the couch to 5k again and I'm praying I can get through it. I'm on week 2 and I'll do my run today along with more cardio. Third times a charm!

I picked up some protein cereal packs from my NUT; they look like cheerios with 15 grams of protein. I tried one this morning and not so bad! Let's see how this plays out!

I will get vitamins in and water in take today! I'm on a mission!

That cereal sounds good but I fear I'll snarf those things down and still want more.  I dont stay sated on the dry crispy stuff for very long.  I once bought protein pretzels and it was proof of why I must leave certain kinds of food alone. 

I'd love to loose 15 lbs by early Feb myself.  My anniversary is a few days after yours and my one year check up is the day before yours.  I want so bad to be at goal.  I need a miracle.  I too am on a mission.

Checking in:

I did well yesterday with the eating, supps and H20)   I did not make it to the rec center....let myself slide because I know that the real goal is to workout 5 days this week...did not necessarily need to be consecutive. I will get in there tonight and tomorrow. Have session with Trainer scheduled for Friday at 7pm.

Plan for today:

B- 1 scrambled egg and 4 turkey sausages (grounded and scrambled with
     egg),   3 tables spoons applesauce, 1/4 glass of Milk to down the Supps
     and Vits

S- Mozzarella Cheese Stick

L- 2 Mozzarella Cheese Sticks, 3 slices Deli Turkey, 1 small can Spicy V8

S- Lemon Meringue Protein Bar or Mango Protein Drink

D- Unsure...will be looking for some recipes and ideas...will come back to post

S- Tangerine

80 oz of H20


Exercise: Cardio and Weights...total 60 minutes

Your menu sounds good especially that lemon protein bar.  I have no idea why I crave sweets so often post op. 

Good going on the exercise and getting a trainer.  One on one is not in the budget for me but we do have trainers in the gym who float for assistance.  They are a big help.

I am drinking Oh Yeah Bananas & Creme drink now. I don't have anything planned for the rest of the day.  I know...failing to plan is planning to fail!

You started out right with the shake.  You said it on the plan.  Hope the follow through was on point for the day.

Yesterday was great did a 3 mile walk in 45 minutes.
Total calories was: 1197
Carb: 118
protein 92
water 100oz
vitamins in

Today so far vitamins taken, water 40 oz down,
bacon, scrambled eggs, and protein hot cocoa for breakfast.
Morning snack was a grapefruit.
Lunch :tuna salad and sf pudding
Dinner: baked chicken and green beans

Gonna try to hit the track again today.
