I love my little girl!!!

I tell you this week has been filled with BIG HEAD moments for me.  Everyone is coming off of the holiday breaks and sabbaticals.  So far 2 faculty members have commented on my weight loss. Whenever our Director or HR (she's a sista) sees me in the corridors...shes say's "gone girl!!!" We are always messing with each other because shes DST and I am AKA...give each other little whatnot gifts in our colors to tease each other....she's a hoot.

Anyhow...the best BIG HEAD moment of today came just a minute ago. I just had to hop on here and share because it made me feel that good.  My 6 year old and I were doing our usual routine. Well this morning I wanted to put on my body shaper...haven't wore it in a while. Whenever I do, I usually call one of my daughters in to adjust the material up over the fat on my back.  This morning I call my youngest in. I tell her to pull the shaper up over the fat on my back.  She just looks at me dumb founded and says, "that's not fat". I said to her..."huh...well what is it then?". She says in the sweetest voice, "that's small".

Kids can say the darnedest things....but this morning my baby made me feel so good!     

How cute, it really is those little things that can mean so much and help give you some perspective as to how far you've come.
