HOLD MY FEET TO THE FIRE! ACCOUNTABILITY!
The scale said 198 this morning – at least it’s backing down from the big ‘2’. I’m a wreck emotionally right now and not eating or concentrating. Gym tomorrow to hopefully clear my head – no worries on the eating, not snacking and just doing protein shakes and soup or other light foods.
Will be getting my water in – I hate being dehydrated.
That is all.

Well....I did good yesterday. The only thing I can improve upon is getting back to tracking my food. I have not tracked in about a week. I fear that I may not be getting in enough calories and nutrients. As updated yesterday...I have spent two consecutive days at the rec center...going for 7 consecutive days. Made about 60 ozs H20...will suppliment with Sugar and caffeine free drinks to take it over 88 from here on if needed.
Plan for today: End of day updates in black.
B: 3 slices of Deli Turkey, 3 table spoons of cottage cheese, 3 tablespoons applesauce, 1/4 glass of milk. Vitamins and Supps already down.
S: Protein Bar or Drink - skipped
L: Homemade chili, Light Yougurt
S: Mozarella Cheese Stick
D: Healthy Choice Meal instead had beef brisket from cafe with small helping of vegetarian bakedbeans
S: Tangerine instead had mozzarella cheese stick and small can of Spicy V8
I am going to log this in now and see how it looks for the day:
88 oz H20 made about 60 oz
Exercise: 30-45 minutes Cardio, 10 -15 reps on weights , did not go to rec center..still need 3 days this week.
