I wanted some Peanut M&Ms so bad the last time I went to the store...but I did not get any. I know that I will want a bag everytime if I get started. One thing for sure...you are doing very good to be able to limit yourself to one day. I am an all or nothing person. I tried to limit but to no avail. I will get some out of this gumball machine next time I go to Consignment Store on the other side of the river. This way...I can get a taste but not set myself up to be triggered at the store when I see them.

I got it under control MD, every Sunday is my M&M day. I get them and I eat them really slow throughout the entire day and then I have something to look forward to for next Sunday. Been doing it for over 2 years now. It helps me.

Oh...no judgement meant whatsoever Lee. I know that you have been doing it a while. I just wish I could do it. Maybe when I get further along but for now I have to be careful or I know I will get myself in trouble.
