Keeping my Eye on 34 pounds to lose by 5/24/2010
Its amazing how just two consecutive days in the Gym will make you feel. It seems I am even able to rest better now at night.
I was on the treadmill yesterday and because I forgot my IPOD...I was having a little struggle staying on that thing. Then I thought to myself...let me check out BAF on my phone. I was able to finish my 20 minutes by hanging out with you all. While the forum was dead at that time. I did go back and read some earlier posts that I had missed.
I am really taking this 34 pounds in little chunks. The number I am focused on right now is getting to 210....only 4 pounds to go.
I also know that this would be an optimal time to take my measurements. If the trainer does not take them when I see him on Friday....I will take them myself so that i can track those changes as well.
Well....nothing else to say at this point BUT......MOVE OUT THE WAY 210 here I come!!!
Way to go. I am going to have to change my status. I went to my DR for a fill after 6 months and his scale is saying that I am 210 where mine was saying less but I am going to go by his so it will be official .
Good luck and I was told I should not go under 175lbs I don't know. In some part I think that is right I don't want to be too small. Right now at 210 I am wearing a size 10-12 and that was the size I wanted to be but I need to be out of the 2's can't stand them. Anyway good luck and know your not alone.

I try to use my scale as a reference and his scale as the official so since I had not been to him since June I was going by mine. Now in the last 6 months by his I only lost 2lbs and that was not except able at all. I had him give me .2cc's of filler and for the next two days between liquids and exercise I should loose the water weight and then the truth will begin.
