OMG, I was not a big hot dog person but Oh my I want a hot dog so bad " a lil burnt on potato bread, with cheese, ketchup, relish, mustard and a lil onion" whew. Granted I could eat the dog without the bread but if I can't have it the way I like it I don't want it....  My nutritionist said I should be able to swallow toasted bread so once I tried toasted sour dough and MY LAWD i thought I was about to DIE I couldn't breath or N E thing needles to say you know what happen after that, and the sad part is i was driving.... So to hell with me trying bread again had one chance to kill me... But thank god that's the only thing I been craving... I haven't missed any thing else. I am surprised because I was on Mt. Dew harder then  Richard Pryor (rip) on the pipe.... But I have not tried or wanted a soda.....

I had my first bowl of cereal yesterday milk is now agreeing with me again, I am glad cause I was some kinda tired of oatmeal.....

I've lost 79lbs since 9/1 I FEEL GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm @ work bored so thought I would share.

Oscar Mayer light beef franks, 90 calories paired with Sara Lee 100% whole grain 45 calorie delightful bread.  I find this bread easily digested and light on the pouch.  Hot dog and 'bun' just 135 calories.

OMG...I LOVE Sara Lee 100% bread.  I toasted one slice and put peanut butter on it and I feel like I'm in heaven. The Sara Lee bread isn't thick so you might want to give that a try.

I know the feeling...I get the lite turkey franks and make one with some SF baked beans and a little splends and it is great...I have had a few bites on a bun but never attempted to eat a whole one...I wil save that attempt for the Sumer time..lol

...you're doing a great job mgrimesii.  congratulations on the weight loss!!!

i used to feign for hot dog's too at the stage you're at.  (and even now every once in a while).  those turkey dog's are pretty good!!!

also...congratulations on the ability to return to milk.  i used to "love" milk...and i'm pretty much lactose intolerant since my surgery.  (if i drink more than a few sips.............it ain't cute.)
