What is your routine at the gym?

I have been following the following routine for the last four days.  After Thurday 01/14/10 I will switch it up.

15 mins treadmill

15 mins bike

15 mins ellipitical

30 mins weights

15 mins treadmill

Hi Licia,
I am currently doing the Gateway to 8K running program.  W5 D1 tonight - four repetitions of:

RUN 11 MINS
WALK 1 MIN

I do the GW8K three days a week and STEP class one day a week.

I use to live in a gym, never got the results I wanted until I stopped going.

 I do 45 minutes of hard core weight lifting at the gym alternating upper and lower.  I used to do the ellipitcal but started doing workout videos at home in the morning so I would not be in the gym all day. 

So in the AM I do a Jillian Michaels video, 30 Day Shred or Banish the Fat. Boost the Metabolism depending on my mood.  Then after I take my 4 year old to preschool, I head to the gym for weight training.

I have a good treadmill @ home, tapes and weights and will probably purchase an eliptical this week...But I enjoy the classes: Yoga, Pilates, Spin, etc.

 I was just thinking who was going to start this.  I will give people different things to do to keep the gym interesting.

Today I had to do a power workout had to fit it in within 35mins.

15mins - treadmill  4.5 speed w/ 4.0 incline
300 crunches

I have minimal time in the gym, I can't go before work or after so I only have lunch time.  I usually take classes; spin, boot camp, step, kick boxing, etc.  Whatever they've got going on when I'm able to get in there.  I hate the machines but I have done the couch to 5k program.

Cardio 1 hour six days, 1/2 hour 1 day
bike, elliptical, staimaster, jogging video, circiut training or any combo

Strength 40 min six days
mat work, full bbody 3 days little or no equipment, body weight is resistance ie: push ups, crunches, squats
weights, full body 3 days dumbells or machines routines vary by need

Flexibility 1/2 hour 1 day
yoga, belly dance (cardio benefit as well), stretching

I split sessions morning and evening and change routines at least monthly.
