 I seem to loose more weight when I don't workout but then my body aches when I don't workout.

  Better weight loss without exercise, wow.  If I could have that priviledge for just one week.  Just one... LOL.  I'm afraid not to work out.

I did really well this weekend and a good amount of my success can be attributed to these accountability posts. I normally don’t write down or even log on to OH on the weekends. These post do help me to stay focused so thank you so much M.S.W. for your daily inspiring words. Here are my Sunday eats:

B – 16oz of TAZO Organic Chai Tea w/ 2 Tbsp of SF Hazelnut creamer & 1 Tbsp of FF creamer       
       1 Hazelnut Splenda packet
       
       1 Egg w/ RF Cheese & 2 slices of turkey bacon wrapped in a Multi Grain LC Tortillas (Tumaro’s)
        
       1 serving of Heinz Ketchup    


S – 1 ½ serving of Wasabi Wow (Trader Joe’s)
      
       16.9oz of SF Hawaiian Punch Berry Blue Typhoon (Singles to go) 
 

L – 2 cups of Salad w/ 1 serving of FF Italian dressing
      
      1 serving of Ultra thin Turkey Breast (Hillshire Farm)
      16.9oz of SF Hawaiian Punch Lemon Berry Squeeze (Singles to go)         

D – 1.3 servings of Homemade Turkey Shepards pie


S – 1 ½ serving of Smoked Almonds (Planters Nut-Trition)
       
       16.9oz of SF Hawaiian Punch Lemon Berry Squeeze (Singles to go)         



Cals: 1,332
Fat: 72g
Carbs: 106g
Prot: 76g
Water: 50oz
    

This week I need to focus on getting my exercise in and I need to set a weekly weight loss goal.

I'm back to logging my food intake to see how many calories I'm actually getting in daily. It's Monday and a new day.

B- 1- slice of bacon, (1) sausage link, ****gg, (1) cup of cocoa w/protein
s- orange
l- ribs, sf pudding, and mustard greens
s- carbmaster yoguart
d- mustard greens and roast
Vitamins in, 40 oz of liquids in so far

Sounds like a plan.  I go batty if I don't know my calorie count.
