HOLD MY FEET TO THE FIRE! BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR YOUR HEALTH
I did really well this weekend and a good amount of my success can be attributed to these accountability posts. I normally don’t write down or even log on to OH on the weekends. S – 1 ½ serving of Wasabi Wow (Trader Joe’s)
16.9oz of SF Hawaiian Punch Berry Blue Typhoon (Singles to go)
L – 2 cups of Salad w/ 1 serving of FF Italian dressing
1 serving of Ultra thin Turkey Breast (Hillshire Farm)
16.9oz of SF Hawaiian Punch Lemon Berry Squeeze (Singles to go)
D – 1.3 servings of Homemade Turkey Shepards pie
S – 1 ½ serving of Smoked Almonds (Planters Nut-Trition)
