You go MD keep up the good work lady and you will love the results that you get in return.  That was a smart move to grab some healthy things to eat even though you where rushing out of the door. Did you try any of the sites that everyone was suggesting?  I find it to be quit helpful in helping me stay on track by being able to see my protein & caloric intake.  I hope that you will find what works best for you.  Have a great day & an even better tomorrow.

Yes...I have been using fitday.com but I am going to try the others.  I will admit that I have not logged in my food in a few days.  I know I need to get back on track with that..not so much to make sure I am not going over but to make sure I am getting enough in right now.

I made sure that I bought a lot of nutritious foods that I could take on the go...if I get in a rush.  I am so glad I did because I know me...first thing I would do is use it as an excuse to get a fruit and yougurt parfait at McDs....next thing I know McDs would be a staple again.

Well I know that if I go 7 consecutive days, I will be good to go...habit forming. So I have to keep at it.  I looked in the mirror and definitely see that the weight is leaving my stomach area. I now have these dimples on the sides of my tummy. 

The trainer called and I have my first session scheduled for Friday at 7pm.

I'm going to work really hard on getting my vitamins in. I do take them, but not at the same scheduled time everyday....this has to stop. I have vits scattered throughout the house and that needs to stop. I'm going to pull out my pill organizer, load it up and put reminders in my cell phone.

Wonkad do it girl...load that pill organizer up.  Mine really helps me; I would be so lost without it.  I either fill it up before I go to bed or right before I leave for work.  I have all of my pills in a big Ziploc bag for easy access.  I even wrote out the times that I should take each pill & I have it taped to my pill organizer & one copy posted up @ work right next to my phone so I won’t miss it. If for some reason I miss that exact time then I just set everything back according to the time that I take it.  I am at the point where it is a habit & it’s not even a chore anymore.  I hope that it works for you.

Welcome Ms Wonkad!  Girlfriend, you are speaking my truth about the vits.  I'm getting better but not there yet.  Hopefully my labs are holding.  And labs yours too.

For myself I will and have returned back to the gym today,  I will be on mostly liquids this week being that I will be having my first fill since April or May 2009.

Good plan Dreadz I need to follow your lead because I have been so horrible when it comes to hitting the gym.  This week will be better, lets do it together girl!!!
