You go MD keep up the good work lady and you will love the results that you get in return. That was a smart move to grab some healthy things to eat even though you where rushing out of the door. Did you try any of the sites that everyone was suggesting? I find it to be quit helpful in helping me stay on track by being able to see my protein & caloric intake. Yes...I have been using fitday.com but I am going to try the others. I will admit that I have not logged in my food in a few days. I know I need to get back on track with that..not so much to make sure I am not going over but to make sure I am getting enough in right now.
I made sure that I bought a lot of nutritious foods that I could take on the go...if I get in a rush. I am so glad I did because I know me...first thing I would do is use it as an excuse to get a fruit and yougurt parfait at McDs....next thing I know McDs would be a staple again.

Well I know that if I go 7 consecutive days, I will be good to go...habit forming. So I have to keep at it. I looked in the mirror and definitely see that the weight is leaving my stomach area. I now have these dimples on the sides of my tummy.
The trainer called and I have my first session scheduled for Friday at 7pm.
Wonkad do it girl...load that pill organizer up. Mine really helps me; I would be so lost without it. I either fill it up before I go to bed or right before I leave for work. I have all of my pills in a big Ziploc bag for easy access. I even wrote out the times that I should take each pill & I have it taped to my pill organizer & one copy posted up @ work right next to my phone so I won’t miss it. If for some reason I miss that exact time then I just set everything back according to the time that I take it. I am at the point where it is a habit & it’s not even a chore anymore. I hope that it works for you.
