LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
Hey! It was freezing (literally) this morning - no gym but I'm working from home today so I may attempt to roll thru at about 2pm or so.
Good on the eating - I'm in a foul mood so it's actually a good thing I kept it clean, usually I go off the deep end. I'm in a "Bust the windows out cha car" kinda feeling right about now......
anyhoo - I'll be cool today - guzzling down my tea and reviews all day..... that's all folks!

Brrrrr! Seventeen degrees on the N Florida boarder and Fourteen in CT. Why the hell am I here? Did global warming miss this zip code?
I slept poorly, I feel like crap, I'm late to the gym, and I don't have a plan for the week. At least not a good complete plan. I don't know what I feel like eating. I do know I want the protein high at 150g. I have a few outlines sketched. A firm decision will be made after my protein coffee. That remains the same for all options.
Yesterday I ate a lot. It's among my highest calorie days post op. The culprit, a 700 calorie junk food dinner. Sf cookies and ff chips with sf pudding for desert. Naughty true, but sometimes we do need a break from this austere culinary living. I do one meal of junk cuisine on occaision. Its been about three months since my last. I portion, get it out of my system, then destroy the leftovers immediately. No finishing the container permitted. That's the last indulgence until I'm at goal.
Liquids in check with a quart of plain water in there. I'll be picking up vits today but I'm taking what I have and missing the multi vits till then. Protein goal met. Exercise day off.
Today I'm back to full counts. I am still working on appreciating this process but not knowing the figures is nerve wracking. Exercise is two sessions: full body weights and an hour of cardio.

You got me! Whatever I post is usually me thinking out loud.
I needed to kick my own @$$ this morning. I layed out three plans for the week and still can't decide what I feel like eating. So far today, two protein bullets and a shake.
As for my funky mood? That will leave when the weather warms up. I HATE the cold. As a city kid, I don't care for staying in the rual South either. I only travel South for the warm weather. I feel sooo cheated, lol.

Good morning!
I had a PERFECT day yesterday...a success to build on. I was on point with my eating, supps and yes...even exercise. Made about 60 ounces of H20. My goal is another equally successful day today.
Breakfast: Running late but took my supps and stopped long enough to grab a Mozzarella Stick, 3 slices of deli Turkey and a light Yogurt. Ate this on my way to work .
Snack: Protein Drink
Lunch: I packed homemade chili and another mozzarella stick
Snack: Lemon Meringue Protein Bar - Skipped
Dinner: Grilled Chicken Salad from Cafeteria before leaving work
88 ounces of H20
Exercise: Have my gear in the car and have already arranged sitter for Sisi at Rec center. Will report actual exercise completed later. No actual plan other than TO MOVE my body. I am sure I will do well with whatever I decide. Cardio and Weights will be included.
Update: Went to Rec Center but no lie I felt like turning around. The parking lot was so full and it was lightly snowing. I circled around a few times with no success finding a park within a reasonable distance....left the parking lot heading home...thought about my goal, my TT and my wax azz if I dont exercise and turned around. Found a park...had to walk a ways...I went in and did not have a problem getting on any of the equipment. It was not as full as it looked from the outside. I did 20 min treadmill, 10-15 reps on all weights and 15 minutes on the cycle. I felt great afterwards...bought a bottle of H20 and left. I am sitting here feeling so proud that I followed through.
So another successful day...that make two to build on.
