It happened to me. I went from a 44 DDD to a 38 F and now I'm a 34 D !!!! It's normal to go down in band size and go up in cup size and then it will go down after a while but it's still hard to find a bra. The smaller the band size, the harder it is to find a bigger cup size, at least for me it is. I find some at TJ Maxx and Ross but I just wear the boring beige, white and black. I could use a lift and some fullness put back in mine because it ain't purty no more.  Good luck finding something frilly on a budget.

((((((Rita)))))))))  I figured the band size would go down and now I understand the cup size thing.  I am determined to find a few cute things within my price range.....lol.  I see 34D's all the time.  Do you have a Cato's?  Walmart even carries them.  Have you tried the "plundge bras" with the padding in the underside of the cup or the molded cups?  They will give you some temporary fullness.
The question that I am asked most often:
 Is that your hair??????

I haven't found anything padded in Walmart and I didn't even look in Cato's the last time I was in there. I paid a fortune for a bra in Dillards but it fit so well. I need all the padding and uplifting I can get. lol

That is a great reminder.  Thank you for posting this info.  Also, ladies should remember to tell the sales clerk to put the measuring tape up under the side breast tissue for an accurate measurement.
Without struggle, there is no progress.
