Feeling better and stronger is a real GOODTHING! 

I like the idea of prepared meals but between the carbs and the sodium I gain weight every time with the frozen meals.  The Nutirsystems are still carby but they hav mor protein and taste ok.  I only have them in emergencies. 

Big Lots often has a selection cheap.  I keep them as carry along meals when I go out in case my host has nothing I can eat.

GM!  I just came from working out for 2 hours!  I'm so proud of myself. 

Question for MM:  When you drink your decaf tea does it have sugar in it?

Not speaking for Ms #1MM, but I do my decaf tea extra sweet with splenda or equal.  A bit of lemon and orange extract in decaf green tea is very similar to the citrus green tea by nestea I think it is.

it's Lipton Cold Brew - I make it in a gallon pitcher here at home.  No sugar - I use a simple syrup made with splenda to sweeten it, and add lemon juice to each glass I drink. PERFECT!!!! 

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

So sorry I've been MIA lately, there's been quite a bit on my plate.  I've started the year off right.  Just got ome from my doc's support group, ran to the store and got some things to add to my home workout area, and I even challenged my friends to join me in a 3 month weight loss challenge.

Oh yeah and in the past month since last in the office I've lost 6 lbs!

I did pretty good Friday even though I didn’t get in enough liquids.  I still took my own salad plate down to my company’s free lunch. I’m currently working on watching my snacking.

B – 1 pack of banana oatmeal       
       1 cup of Silk Light Soymilk

L – 2 cups of mixed salad greens
       I cup of Tuna
      2 Tbsp of FF Italian salad dressing              

S – I/2 slice of Swiss cheese wrapped in ½ slice of ham

       1 serving of BBQ Soy Crisps (Gensoy)  
       8oz of SF Hawaiian Punch Lemon Berry Squeeze (Singles to go)  


D – 2 medium pieces of Asian ginger chicken
       1 cup of salad

       ½ cup of ginger sesame noodles
       1 Tbsp of sesame ginger salad dressing
       8oz of SF Hawaiian Punch Lemon Berry Squeeze (Singles to go)  
       8oz of SF Hawaiian Punch Lemon Berry Squeeze (Singles to go)
