Has anyone else used pics for their 3 yr history??
I know yall tired of me, but hey, if I dont ask you guys who else is there??? :)
All I need is my 2007 history or obesity. I didn't go to the doc in early 2007, but I did get married in Jan 2007 and I have pics of my wedding that are dated on the back. I am going to send that with the letter that my doc wrote saying that she viewed them and that I was obese. I am also including a copy of my marriage certificate so they can verify the date. Along with a copy of my drivers license so they can verify me.
Has anyone else used pictures before? If so how did it go? And do you remember what your doc had to include in the letter? Thanks so much!
I read yesterday's thread and from what you said, pictures are acceptable proof of long term obesity. I did not use pics but based on your comments you have all the proof you need. If they state they accept pics ou have your proof.
You got some great suggestions yesterday. Verifyable photos, school records, medical records from anyone and everyone who may have noted your obesity to include in your submission.
Focus on your current documentation of your six month diet if you have that requirement. If you've been fat all of your life that will be the easiest of the proofs you must supply.
Some plans routinely deney/ challenge your evidence and force you to appeal or file a complaint. Your current weight loss attempts are easier to tear down than the fact that you've always been fat.
Check out the insurance board. I've never posted there bu I've read that there are some very knowledgeble folks who post regularly.
You'll get this. You may have to fight for it but it sounds like you have what you need.
