I just got my computer back to working yesterday. I'm glad you got help. Water running is fabulous. 30 minutes of water walking is equivalent to 2 hours on land !!!! When you're in the water you have to use more muscles to fight the waves and it gives you more flexibility and weightlessness. I was a water aerobics instructor even at 355lbs and had the most popular class because I used my athlethic past to incorporate into my routine. I even used to do water yoga and loved it !!!!!!  I think that you would benefit from Pilates also but you are too darn hyper but it would help to lengthen and stretch your muscles and keep you strong. Learn all you can from your Chronic Pain Class and come teach us because they don't offer that here.   Keep on working sis.

You remember how much I hate yoga from the P90X Yoga days?  Weeelllll I have found that certain yoga stretches are great for this pain.   I was doing this one stretch that felt so good I fell asleep, which is why I don't like yoga and pilates, but i'm doing it 3 times a day now.

My focus is to strengthen all my spine ligaments and muscles and to strengthen my hip so it doesn't slip out of socket.

The sports med doc said I was a tank,  cause of all my muscle density, but what chick wants to hear that,  lol lol.

I told ya so.   Yoga is the reason why my body hasn't completely shut down and fallen apart. lol Tank Lee has a good ring to it.   I would like some guns for arms so that's not an insult.

I'm glad to hear that it's all working out & that you're not permanently benched!!  Baby steps, no over doing it & like you said, listen to your body!
