HOLD MY FEET TO THE FIRE! ACCOUNTABILITY POST
Checking in...I did well yesterday. I stayed within my calore limit and ate high protein. No snacking or major deviations from the plan. I did not exercise yesterday. Daughter had Girl Scout so not up for it when we finally made it home. Supps and H20 on point.
Today:
Supps taken
2 eggs and 1 turkey sausage scramble
Protein Bar
Wendys chili and Med light lemonade
Protein Drink
Will more than likely go out for dinner...healthy choices
Will go to grocery on Saturday. I am going to make a big pot of chili...why keep giving Wendy my $$$. I make really good chili.
Will do the Wii with kids tonight and spend time finding more music for my playlist
Saturday I will spend time at the rec center. I am not planning anything this weekend but getting my exercise in..is the only must.
Have a good weekend....I am thinking that I might start posting my eye on 40 post again....that was helping me to be visible SO that I could see my goal whenever I come to the board. I am going to continue to check in here too....the more checking in the better.

Post how ever you need to to stick to your plan. Visibility does make a difference. It helps me stay honest. I love reading your threads where ever you post.
