I  thought you had other places in mind when you mentioned sugestions for warm & wet places

Pending travel plans this year are:

Denver (April or May) 

Toronto or Montreal (July)

Europe or South Africa (Nov)

Florida
Vegas (I've never been)
Bahamas
Atlanta

This will all be determined by my employment status. lol :) My last day here is Feb. 12th. We shall see what this year brings..........

 

Those are all great places,  I go to vegas twice a year, it is a hour and 15 min flight for me.

If you don't have a job, don't travel.  lol

Far east sounds awesome!  My kids martial arts school is planning a trip to Korea but I don't think they are old enough to enjoy the trip so we'll have to do it when they are older.  I want to go to Macau, Hong Kong, Singapore and Thailand.

There are some really cheap flights out of Atlanta to Puerto Rico.  I think it was Delta who started doing daily flights to San Juan about 2 years ago.  I think the only restriction is that you have to leave and return on a weekday.
