New Reality Show on TLC about an Obese Black Family

I love it too! I like when the girl was like, NO I WILL START EATING THAT TOMORROW.. that was SO ME.. I wanted my FOOD!

I started watching it last week,  that is one fat ass family.   LOL.    I really hope they can lose weight.

Why the hell did that daddy not know that spinich did not just come out of a can.  LOL.   Good Lord

YES..he was trippin....I hope they can loose the weight....they really need some wls up in there on the real because the thought of trying to loose all that weight without a tool is discouraging.

Yeah last night was the obese is popular night.  I watched "Biggest Loser" first and caught "One Big Happy Family" for it's encore presentation.  I'm so happy they are helping each other lose weight.  They are a beautiful family especially the kids and I pray they make it through successfully.  They remind me of why I'm making a lifestyle change because I don't want to pass my bad eating habits on to my children (whenever I have some) and we all end up looking like that.  I'll definitely be watching their show from now on and tonight I'll be watching discovery health for the special on the guy who won biggest loser and then gained all his weight back.  This never ends for us.
