Walgreens is the place to go for a few needed items YMMV.

Walgreens does a monthly coupon booklet, which is located under their weekly flyers.  This months is called "Start here for a New You".

This book has several in store coupons, when paired up with a manufacturer's coupon, can save you $$$$!

two items I'd like to point out are  the Benefiber & the Walgreens calcium chews.  The benefiber has a coupon for $4.00 specific sizes & if you can find a manufacturer's coupon, then you could be looking at a savings of 50% of or more!  The calcium chews with this coupon would make them $4.49 for 60 chews.

Now they have back in the pharmacy YMMV, another coupon booklet attached to the diabetic magazine.  That has a a sugar free theraflu nighttime cold & flue coupon for $2.00, there should also be a blinkie with the theraflu (if not get them from cvs or another walgreens) for $1.50 any theraflu.  These are on sale all month for $3.99, so with the 2 combined each box is approx 53 cents w/tax.   There is also $2.00 thera flu coupons online (coupon.com)  Note:hand the manufacturer's coupons first, then have them scan the booklet otherwise, it will not ring up correctly.  If you use the $2 off/2 off, you will need to add another item with your purchase, as the register won't let it be negative.

EDIT 01/05:  The walgreens ad also had a theruflu $2.00 off coupon this week, which would allow you to get any type of theraflu product for 53 cents w/tax ymmv till saturday, when paired with the $1.50 coupon.   The above referenced deal is good for the month of january.

Also, if you want to take advantage of another special they're running, 48 ct lipton tea bags purchased with theraflu will give you a register reward of $4.00 for purchasing a minumum of 1 of each product.   You will NOT get more than one register reward with multiple purchases!! You will have to do as seperate transactions.  You also cannot get a register reward if you are paying for a like purchase with a register reward.   This used to be the case, but they changed it.   So if you want 3 register rewards, you have to pay cash for each one, or with a register reward from a completely unrelated transaction.

Want free money?  Thanks to Nature's Bounty, you can sign up for their "healthy rewards".  You can google for the codes or use the info off of bottles that you allready have....  But the idea is to get a minimum of 500 points to get a $5 coupon.  You can print up to six coupons per computer, by backspacing righ after each coupon prints (it will let you know when you've reached your limit).  CVS & Walgreens (possibly other drugstores, but these are the ones in my area) have these on sale all the time.  The key is to use these when they have them on sale as BUY ONE GET ONE FREE!!

Vitamin D & Potassium seems to be the cheapest at $4.99.  Scenario :You buy six vitamins at $4.99 each and there is a promotion at B1GO, then you are only paying for three.  However, you can use coupons on each item, even though te*****ally 1/2 are free.   Now you won't get money back, but what you do is purchase enough items to cover the overage, so in this scenario you have $15 to spend free!   You may not need the vitamins (which I didn't donating to the soup kitchen), but it's free money baby!!

Note: I can confirm this is not a problem at CVS, but find that with Walgreens, it depends on how competent or power hungry the clerk is!

Also word is on the streets that Schuncks grocery stores YMMV has a tearpad for Cream of Wheat.  It's a $2.00 off coupon.  They are having a sale this week on certain varieties, for $2.00 as well, so it would be free.  If not, it's good to have them on hand, so when they go on sale, you can pick them up for free or little change, as these are manufacturer's coupons.

Check those Calcium Chews.  Make sure they're citrate and not carbonate (wrong kind).  Most are carbonate.

The chews are carbonate I think, but there are coupons for other calcium products as well.  I think for citracal.
