Wishing and praying for the best as you venture forward.  A word for now....in the interim...try to get a part-time gig at an airline....free flight bennys so that you can travel while you have a little down time.  Look at the complete benefit package. For instance, working for a University you get tuition remission for you, future spouse and kids. Keep all options open....the best is yet to come.
