Let the countdown begin to my 3rd surgiversary....Lord knows I want to be at goal. I have about six weeks left. I am resuming watching my carbs a little closer this week. I had way too much to drink at a party this past Friday night. My band has been acting up and really not allowing me to eat for the past week. However, I have made up for it with liquid calories. Since I knew I would be drinking on Friday night, I did not take any assistance on Sat, Sun & today. I will begin the assistance again on tomorrow.

Okay so I weighed in at 223 this am. No surprise since I was on vacation and gave myself a few liberties. My target is 180 or bust by 5/24. I am going to give it MY BEST shot. I know I can do it!
I am going to do a protein train for the next wee****il 1/11.
Plan for today:
Breakfast: Protein Bar, Supps, H20 *Done
Snack: Protein Drink
Lunch: Wendy's Chili
Snack: Protein Drink
Dinner: Grilled Chicken Salad
Snack: Protein Drink or Protein Bar
80 oz of H20
Will not succumb to cravings...they are detrimental to my goal. Will log in here and report feelings to overcome.
Must savor every bit when eating...chew chew chew to get the full flavor and full filling.
Exercise: 45-60 minutes minimum on Wii Fitness. Will push myself to go longer. Need a target heart rate between 153-163 for aerobic conditioning based on my resting heart rate of 84.
Will go buy a heart rate monitor after work.
I hear you on the cravings. I can go all day and not want to eat even when I'm hungry. Then night comes and after nine I want what's no good for me. I'm moving my treats to the evenings to keep myself from double dipping. I also hear you on savoring meals. I just had a late breakfast and damn near swallowed a clementine whole, lol.
You are working towards a high heart rate. You're a lot younger than I am. When I hit the 150's the gym equipment starts hollering you wanna die fool, .
At 48 (in 24 days) my fat burning zone is 120-130ish and cardio training zone 130's to low 140's. My resting heart rate is low 60's.
I shoot to keep the cardio zone going for at least 60 minutes most days. Once you've done it consistently for a while, you body craves it.
This is so true...I have felt this way before even as much as I hate exercise....once I get into a routine and start burning with cardio....I dont feel right unless I go work out. I am trying to get back to that point.

Had a great protein filled breakfast..........protein tea for snack and now I'm trying to figure out what the heck I'm going to have for lunch. Will get in 1 hour of cardio in tonight.
I've been taking my vits at night before I go to bed.....seems to be working because I don't forget.
