I got plenty of luv from our beloved vets yesterday . They reminded me to respect this journey for what it is and to relax and live it rather than constantly analyzing. I am trying.
Yesterday was mixed. Too much caffine which does not count towards my liquids so I've come up short. I also forgot the vits .
Eating was fine, mostly vegetarian except for pork skins. I'm trying not to engross myself in the numbers except to ensure I'm eating well which I did. I had 3 oz rice and 3 oz lentils which with the fruit and veg raisees my carbs well above normal. However, rice was the only white carb. My protein was well above 100g.
Today, mostly veg again, a shake or two, a piece of fruit, some ff cheese, and plenty of asthma meds to go with the cheese .

Are you doing the protein train? Tell me what you are eating for protein. I want to mix it up a bit.
Sounds like you are doing well on vegetarian plan. Keep it up...we can do it!
You're right and I do know better. I already have major memory loss for several years now. I cannot afford to make it worse skipping the vits, especially the B vitamins. I've
No protein train'n for me. The veg raise the carbs too much for a serious ketosis protein train. My carbs use to average 25g since August and even lower before that. Its not helping me to loose so its time to mix it up. I also have a better appetite for the produce lately.
I like veg a lot but can't eat much of it with the dense proteins. I'm doing my protein in shakes, bullets, and bars. Not the best choice for me because the whey and soy products screw with my asthma and thyroid. Egg white protein works well for me but its only for cold shakes and I'm so sick of those. The pea protein and rice protein are just nasty. I refuse to waste any more $$$ to check out hemp or wheat proteins.

I missed my alarm this morning - and with the New Year - no WAY am I going to the gym with all the 'Imma do better this year' lyin ass bastids!!! I got a good workout in yesterday anyway - so I will be cool today and will be up with my alarm like I should tomorrow morning.
I'm making a gallon of decaf cold brew ice tea - will mow thru it today for my water intake. As for food - I'll be good because Imma take my 'helper' in about another 30 min or so - vitamins too.

I hear you on these resolution folks. All these new year gym and diet commercials just make me sick. When they talk about 'I've lost weight!' I yell bak at them 'Don't worry, you'll find it again.' .
I missed the morning too but the house wives and old people are all gone by noon. I'll get in and out before the housewives get back with monster children in tow.

Ok I have got to get back on this program of being accountable.
I did pretty well yesterday except I did not get my water in or vitamins. Today I am going to take my vitamins and get my H2O in.

I need to stop lurking and actually post more on this board. I have found everyone on this post to be quit inspiring. This weekend was such a blur as most weekends are and I don’t keep track of what I eat on the weekends (bad Kidada). I went to the movies to see Avatar which usually means snacks while @ the movie. I didn’t do too bad because I brought my Crystal light drink and beef jerky with cheese sticks but still had a pack of skittles that only ended up hurting my stomach because of the sugar. I did make a conscious effort to get on the elliptical for 45 minuets and did some cleaning around the house. But I need to curb my snaking at night which is the worse because I have a serious sweet tooth. I think I also need to start planning out my weeks and what I am going to eat instead of saying hmmmm I’m hungry what am I going to eat.
