I'm getting back on the scale tomorrow.

I've been doing the work out thing since my teens (  35 years! ) so its hard not to. Maybe I'll take weekends off.  I upped it to seven days from weekdays only post op.  I can't handle less than five days of cardio a week.  It just feels wrong and its also my cardiologist's preference.  The strength is all for me just cause I like it.

Exercise also helps me manage this blasted multiple sclerosis.  I can tell by my workouts when **** is getting ready to hit the fan.

I have a question...do you think your post would be as insightful and good had you not been having this struggle?

Loving the new avi Ms RoRo.  I think you're on to something.

Failing to hit your goals repeatedly when you have always been motivated by your own success forces insight.  I don't know that my posts are any good, but if the b/l correspondance is any indicator, I do raise questions for some people.

I've learned that struggle can be motivating.  For some, struggle is just as motivating as success stories or fear of failure.

BINGO!

BTW I love your post! I bet if you started losing weight how you wanted, they wouldn't be as insightful...they would turn into the "AW" thing, and we see how that goes....LOL

You are helping others...even if you don't get a pat on your back for it...its working....your turn will come in time lady, and guess what you'll more than likely be lifting up the folks fresh out of surgery that were in this same situation, except they won't have post like yours....LOL

Life is a mofo I tell ya!
