6 lbs in 5 days
I am a year and 2 weeks out and was at a stall that I was not that worried about until I was approaching my 1 year...I wanted to be @ 164 but was around 167-168 and after Xmas I was about 170 on the dot...My BFF who is 148.8 (no surgery..always been small) wants to be about 115 and she is a pro at dropping lbs...So Sunday night she came to stay with me for a month and we started our journey...Breakfast: Protein Drink, Lunch: Salad while watching the carbs or lunch meat roll ups w/ low sodium meats and cheese or tuna, Dinner: Low Carb: We had pan seared salmon, muscles, cabbage and another night we had grilled spinach with salmon and we mix it up and I have a treadmill and we get on for about 1/2 hour to and hour each day...
The results: As of this morning I am EXACTLY 164 (-6 lbs in 5 days) and she is about 144 (-4.8 lbs)...
I am extremely motivated and looking forward to having the remaining 14 lbs off ASAP. I posted this for those who are wanting to step up their weight loss...I never really tried to lose since surgery, just let it happen, and now that I am trying it is working.
I was just searching for a workable diet to get my wl moving and stop my weight gain. I came accross something similar at bodybuilding.com. Shakes, protein, low carb veg, low fat.
I'd kill for six pounds in a week. I'm detoxing now and will be trying it this week. I've had to fight for every pound since day one. I hope this works as well for me.
