I'm not one for resolutions but I am all for commitment. We all should be. We need no reminders about having been cut open and rearranged. Lets face it, how many committed "no ops" do we really find on OH these boards. Soooo, its time to Tell the whole truth and be accountable.
Have you made a whole hearted commitment to be the healthiest you can possibly be? I'm not talking New Year's resolution or making goal in X? amount of time here. I am talking about for the rest of your life. Regardless of where you are today, are you truly committed?

Still, I am committed to get to a healthy weight. For me that's the point at wich I no longer have hypertension requiring mulitple meds and my bmi is within the normal range. I'm hoping my goal weight will do that for me. If It does not I cannot imagine how I could loose more than this 15 lbs that has not budged in over a month.
I've been haphazard the last two days but calories are under control. I owe some workout time which will be all made up by Sunday.
Today, started well with vits, protein tea, and a high protein, high iron breakfast. I'm pushing the protein powder and the veg this weekend since I'm not feeling the denser proteins.
Commitment to being the healthiest I can be is what keeps me from giving up food entirely for four shakes a day in order to make goal. That is not a healthy way to get there. In the long run it will further screw with my metabolism. Commitment. I'm disapointed but I'll get there when I do.

I had to stay in last night cause I was farting in the New Year like I was blowing my own stinky horn. Still haven't stopped. I got shopping to do so I'll be slipping through the ailse leaving a stank trail for the next person, lol.
I will be back in the gym tomorrow - that's for sure. When my alarm went off for me to go today at 4:30am..... I was umm.... still 'out' Imma credit myself .75 of a workout for that.....

Today has been a good one..... All vitamins taken, exercised with hubby this morning...went to the movies with the kids and took my own snack...NO movie theater popcorn... Anyway lol......movin' on...
I never really did the new year's resolution thing either BUT I plan to continue working on being my healthist.... I look forward to pampering myself a little more...This year is all about doin' me...And I look forward to it....
Also for pampering yourself. I am a firm believer in looking after you. You are much better to others when your own wellness has been taken care of.
