Tell the truth! What's for lunch?
Luckylady I use 6-8 oz of skim milk, 1 scoop of Body Fortress protein powder(currently Strawberry) then I throw in a 1/2 banana or a few frozen blueberries...whatever other fruit I may be feelin at the moment. I put it all in a my blender for about 30secs and hit BLEND...pour in my insulated cup and enjoy!

I’ve brought my lunch to work everyday since LAST week. TODAY I decide I’m having fried chicken for lunch and can’t nobody tell me different and HERE YOU GO!!!!!
Hmmmph!!!! Going online now to find a good soup/half sandwich place…..*grumble*
