My weight loss remains fkcu'd but I'm doing the numbers again any way.  After staying on point yesterday, I'm up about half a pound today.  This compared to having lost most of the prevous weeks weight gain during my Christmas eating spree.    I still refuse to change my ticker. 

Calories 1386/ exercise burn 1160/ calorie deficit 1280/ protein 128g/ fat 60g/ net carbs 47g/ liquids 80 oz/ all vits taken.   I ate a lot yesterday because of a high calorie deficit.  I earned a pack of sugar free cup cakes to add a few calories.  This took care of my carb wants without blowing my carb count for the day.   

Today I'm going for a repeat of yesterday.  I'm pushing for a 1200 calorie deficit which equates to about 2 - 2.5 lbs a week weight loss.  I've done my strength training already.  I have 75 min of cardio planned spread throughout the day.

Went for my 5am gym session - full body weights, elliptical.  went yesterday too.  Now that I have my iPod, I have two new playlists and I'm rockin it out!

For today:

B - protein shake, toast

L - salad w/smoked turkey, baked beans

D - maybe prime rib, or chicken salad sammich

Snacks - 90 cal rice krispy treats (2) - peanut butter crackers

Already did my vitamins, and shooting for 80 oz of water.

 

 

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

Damn, I'm still in eating mode.  You've had a perfectly on point couple of days and all I absorbed was 90 CALORIE RICE KRISPY TREAT !!!

You're on it Ms #1MM.  I am on the other hand, stuck on greedy these days.  I've never even bought a rice krispy treat ever, but I want one today.  I'd best stay out the supermarket. 

OT: BTW, regarding your question about free music on another thread:  Turns out my daughter actually paid for her 1000+ titles.  Every last one of them.  I was giving Miss Thing way too much allowance.

LMAO @ the music!!!!  I knew that had to be the case...... or else you'd have posted she got taken to JAIL!  music companies don't play about their $$!

Imma need you to get past the krispy treat!  and do NOT buy the box of 8 and eat em all!!!!  at least not in one day.  I typically drink 1% milk with them - the protein helps balance the carbs.

She has some technoligically gifted aquaintances who liberate music from their royalties for a minor fee.    I just assumed she was benefitting from these enterprizes.  They have some kind of softwear set up to alter file types.  Some one I know used to do that with pc based software back in the day when DOS ruled 


ETA:  I'm OK now.  I went for the sf pound cake and got the krispies outta my system.

I'm afraid I won't be able to workout for a while, and i'm getting so dam depressed that I bought a box of freaking ginger snaps yesterday ate 10 of them ******s.  LOL.   threw them away.

Gotta keep my eating together so that I can maintain my weight until I can workout again.
