Breast lift/augmentation
I'm definitely considering one or the other. I would prefer the lift because I cannot quite wrap my mind around having implants in my chest for the rest of my life without any adverse effects.
If you have had one or the other and are willing to share...please tell me what your experience what like including: How long after wls did you have it done?, Any regrets?, Did you lose any sensation after the surgery? and any other info you would like to include would be great! Thanks.
Howdy!!! I had a breast lift - no implants done in May this year. I was a 56L before WLS, a 42DDD or E before the lift and wear a 40D these days.... LOVE IT!!!!
The way my surgeon did my lift, I actually GAINED sensation back in my nip-nips.....WHOWEEE!!!! hot diggity dawg!!! who NEW them lil thangs could get big thangs goin like that???!!!! Oh, ummm - I digress......
How long after WLS? 4 years
Regrets? Nope
It did take some getting used to - I'd never seen my nips just looking straight down - had a Rockwell experience...... I always feel like..... my tits is waaattchhin me...... LOL!!!!! Naw, seriously - the recovery was a little tricky, the incisions under my breasts got irritated and had a lil problem healing, but nothing major. I was not sure I would like the shape without an implant, but like you, couldn't 'wrap' my head around the idea - now I am glad I did not have implants - love my bobbies just as they is!!! now...... not before tho.... LOL!!!!

My surgeon was concerned that I wouldn't have enough - he wanted me to defintely be a D, but I could have ended up a C - I told him that all my life I've been the big booby girl - time to live on the other side of the fence!!! LOL
I ended up a D - and I'm good with that! I can do strapless or bra less with no problem - they sit up just fine and I can do the wet tank top thing like nobody's bidness!!! heehehe - ok - TMI, I know.
Your surgeon will tell you what the possiblities are - just be reasonable and know what you really want.
