EVERYBODY AT ......I HAVENT BEEN ON HERE IN A MIN BUT EVERYBODY GONE WHO WAS ON HERE WHEN I STARTED LIKE RO RO...COOKIE...AND THE VETS FROM ABOUT 2 YEARS AGO....WOW WELL FOR ME I HAD MY ...NOV 6 2006 AND HAVE LOST OVER 230 ILB AND KEEPING IT OFF BUT ITS HARD....HELLO ALL THE NEW PEOPLE KEEP IT UP....
