Update on the cover, as promised.
Hey family,
Just giving you a heads up. I promised that I would update you on the OH magazine when it came out and I just noticed that if you hit the magazine tab at the top of the page, under the Obesityhelp banner, you can get a preview of the magazine. Both Naomi (the bandster queen) and I are featured for the Jan/Feb issue. WhooHooo!! (Next is Faith's turn!!!) You can see the cover and the inside articles in the moving section of the page. I feel so blessed that they chose to feature my story. It's my prayer that after all the drama I went through, that it will help someone else.
First your workout routines are truly inpirational. You've proven it is possible for anyone to get a high intensity workout if they find the routine that's right for their level of ability. I am including people with disabilities in that statement. Despite being a gym rat, I have physical limitaitions. Reading your posts made me re-think how to vary my routine.
Second and equally important, you have great difficulty loosing weight despite how hard you work at it. Others out there with metabolic challenges need to know it is not their fault. They also need to know they can use exercise to loose inches and improve their overall health.
I hope they call you again.
And, Ms G, I apologize for hijacking this thread. I did not mean to but by now you know 'I'll be brief" is not a phrase that I use.
