Yeah I knew it was pretty bad when I was standing in the shower crying in pain after my last run and couldn't stand up straight to get out of the tub.

Ever since that run I have been bent over,  the doc said the hip probably helped to pinch the nerve.   All I know is that stuff hurt like crazy,  I cried every single day.  lol

I must say you are either a vey determined person or you crazy LOL I am glad you are feeling better. Gurl I know bout dem pain pills we have become best friends LOL Take care and I do hope you will be pain free soon.
