I WAS RUNNING ON A DISLOCATED HIP & PINCHED SIATIC NERVE

Morning Yall
Well now I know why I was in so much pain. How the hell I was able to run is a mystery. Sheer determination I guess.
Now that everything is back in place, and the inflamation is going down I am feeling better and can take less pain pills.
I walked downtown for a half hour last night almost pain free, but took a pill 10 min into it. But I am walking up right and not all bent over in pain 24/7.
I still have pain, but it is a lot better. All the therapy exercises and stretching is helping too.
Still not cleared to workout.

LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
Sheer determination nothing that was the grace of the higher power that allowed you to run with a pinched sciatic nerve I know all too well what that pain feels like............ it brings tears to my eyes just thinking about it!!!!!!!!!! Please listen to your body Lee. I'm so glad you have been diagnosed and are on the road to recovery!
I'm not going to scold you because I know you are already thinking ahhhh whats next on the exercise horizon and I'll either join you or cheer you on :)
Peace

Funny thing is he said if I hadn't had a bypass he could have had be up and at it really quick with NSAIDS and anti-inflamatories.
