Good afternoon BAF. Sorry so late but OH would not load this morning and its running really slow today.
Merry Christmas to all and God Bless us everyone! Lets see, First Day of Christmas: partridge in a pear tree; today, the second day of Christmas, two turtle doves. I hope Christmas Day was enjoyable for all.
Tell the whole truth and be accountable. Did you remember the Spirit of the season this year? I hope you've truly enjoyed your day regardless of the stage your journey and the foods you could or could not consume. Is moderation within your comfort zone this weekend? Or, is control still challenging?
Food is just a piece of the celebration not the end all be all. That's hard to internalize when it seems that even the thinnest of the thin in our lives looks forward to the holiday feast.
This weekend is a big one for head hunger. With so much food arund between now and celebrating the New Year, its time for a little introspective on how this is playing out in our lives.

LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
I subscribed to the old phrase "Eat, drink, and be merry." all day yesterday. I was very aware of how much I consumed and it was a lot. Likely over my calorie limit but I did no counting. That includes a few glasses of wine.
Today I'm bloated from carbs and alchohol and retaining water (52%!!!). I did, however, manage to loose three of last weeks six pound weight gain. Three pounds to go untill I'm back to normal. Then please dear God let me loose this last 15 lbs.
Its back to business today. I've got a shake in and half my vits and almost a third of my liquids down. I'd like to get the protein up to 125g today. I'm tracking protein only this weekend.
I've already hit the gym for some intense cardio, 1100 cal burn this morning. Strength this afternoon and an hour of high impact aerobics tonight.
I'm going to avoid any damages from this week and continue to work on eliminating the random weight gain of last week.

I have already....said that I am not going to beat myself up about my carbs this week. My goal is not to gain. If I do that I will be sucessful. I will get myself on track 100% starting Jan 1. Just too much stuff blindsighting me and I want to at least taste and be a part of the festivities. At least I am not eating to drown feelings...theres a big difference.

I didn't do too bad yesterday; I actually did better than expected. I am soooooooo tired right now and still sitting in the bed watching TV. I had Christmas at my house this year and we had a blast!
I will not work out this weekend but plan to start fresh on Monday. I will however start cleaning out the basement and my hubby and I will finally put all of my workout equipment in one location!!!

i did have ONE LAST piece of the italian creme - and chucked the rest.
I'm eyeballing the key lime pie slices like a nicca in the dark corner of the club with a trenchcoat on in the middle of the summer and his hand up under the right fold......DON'T YOU MOVE, MUDDA*****A!!!!!!!
I'll be in the gym tomorrow for cardio, then back to 5am erryday this week......
