Keeping my eye on the 40 by 5/24/2010
Plan:
Breakfast: Two options since my cousin is cooking and everyone is still asleep so I don't know whats on the menu
I do know that she's going to make me a Mamosa...its our tradition whenever we get together. So I will have that indulgence.
Two scrambled eggs, A slice of bacon, Supps and H20
Lunch: 400 calories...stay low fat. Salad and Chicken or Chili if on the menu. Make wise food choices. Eat a very small portion if its an indulgence meal (MUST throw away some as a goal) and supp with a protein bar as back up. LOTS of H20
Snack: Protein Bar
Dinner: 500 calories...stay low fat. Salad and Chicken or Chili if on the menu. Make wise food choices. Eat a very small portion if its an indulgence meal (MUST throw away some as a goal) and supp with a protein bar as back up. LOTS of H20
Snack: Fruit or Protein Drink
Exercise: 45 minutes to 1 hour on tread mill (15 minute mile)

I'm thinking about head issues this weekend and this is a big one for me. I've been a clean your plate club member for far too long.

40 lbs by May 24 huh??? I'll do you one even better....I'm gonna push for 50 lbs by May 19, 2010(My birthday). Im a little disapointed in myself that I've not been able to make it to goal by my second surgeryvissary(1/23/10)...but I'm simply going to keep pushing. Although I've not gained any weight....I've also not lost a single pound. I've been stuck between 248 and 253 for nearly a year now. So, I'm makin my way back to "ole faithful BAF" and gettin my shiot together. So Its on!!! Thanks for the encouragement.

Wow you are starting BEFORE New Years! Good job, I cannot eat much due to a recent fill, however I have NOT been exercsing or making the best choices I got too much candy as gifts for Christmas, that's my main problem these days sweets, but this week I am slowly trying to ween myself off of ALL sweets and come January it will be boot camp of exercise and proteins...you are doing good so far! Keep up the good work!
