TIS THE SEASON FOR G-E-T-T-I-N-G!

LOL,   !!!  I know I'm wrong.  Grown folks thinking about getting presents.  But damn I cleaned up this year. 

That fat man in the red suit came through with a bounty of cash and prizes.  All greatly appreciated cause since I suddenly found my self buying an 09' Camry and an Acer net book in the same week (due to sudden death of each), my @$$ has been too broke to buy even drawers . 

OK, TMI but I'm just giddy right now (not drunk... yet).  Finally I have the GPS I've wanted, a little cash, some longed for books, and a great big purse to carry my protein snacks and water in.

I also managed to get everyone on my list exactly what they wanted too. 

So if anyone is out there today, how did Santa treat you this year?

I got some hair barettes
I got a dollie
I got a easy-bake-oven
I got some oranges and nuts in my stocking

This is where it gets good:
We got tickets to that new cruise ship Oasis of the sea (which we will return)
I got a new flip video
I got some very luxurious towels I have been wanting but didn't buy cause they are $40 a towel
I got $100 worth of movie tickets
I got a $200 donation  to St. Jude in my name  (my very favorite charity) ***My favorite Gift***
I got a new bible and a go bible audio player

Oh I had to edit to tell you,  I got a spin mop.   Man I love it.  I'm gonna be moping like a fool just as soon as my back heals.  


That is all i'll say cause I don't want to brag.  LOL
I have some very generous friends, and I love them all.

We don't enjoy cruises.   The lady that gave it to us is so nice to us, when we lost all our weight she took us shopping and bought us thousands and thousands of dollars in clothes and shoes.   

Her husband died and left her a multi-million dollar business and she loves as she says to spread her wealth before she goes.     She really like us a lot

Yeah it is returnable or should I say refundable until June.  So we are going to say thank you but no thank you.

What a sweet friend. 

Cruises are not foe every one.  They are for the cheap and lazy vacationer.  Thats me  !  Laying in the sun, hitting the gym and relaxing at the spa.  Not the way to experience your vacation destination but right for vegetating.

Fingers crossed you can exchange it for your kind of trip. 

I don't want to exchage it.   We are giving her the money back.

Wow sis.  I personally don't like cruising either, but word is in the TA world is that ship is da bomb!!  

You are blessed to have a benefactor like that.   Sounds like she truly enjoys giving, so if you cash in the tix & give the money back to her, you may end up hurting her feelings.   Maybe you could suggest somethin else you & Becca would rather do.  That way she's less apt to be hurt as opposed to returning her gift entirely!
