I did not want to post today because I cannot lie to my BAF people. I tried to massage the truth, but good old fashioned Catholic guilt took hold. So I must tell the whole truth and be accountable.
Yesterday was my absolute worts post op day ever. Between house work, food shopping, airport runs, chronic fatigue and lack of planning I ate like **** Missed the vits and had diet coke instead of water.
The quantity was not at issue but the food choices were all bad. Mostly carby junk including cookies, pretzels, doritos, part of a bunless filet o fish and a few fries. Also a fried chicken wing.
BAD. VERY, VERY, BAD.
As for today? Well, I am not going to track the numbers today and tomorrow. I will eat sensibly, take my vits, have my water.

Today has been a better day for me. Thus far nothing bad has been eaten, Yesterday was a differnt story. Since I can not change yesterday I will work on my today. I plan on walking to the park walk the track and then back home. That is approximately 4 miles. Tonight I will make ground turkey spaghetti for the kids and I will have the meat sauce green beans. I will drink the rest of my water and attempt to get another protein shake in. Tomorrow I will work the evening shift so I will walk in the am since i am not traveling to meet family and i will probably have left overs since i am not cooking Christmas dinner this year. Pray for me yall I MUST SUCCEED!!
