I need to make this short and sweet...I have a lot to do to make sure we make our flight.
Breakfast: 3 Strips Turkey Bacon, Protein Drink, H20, Supps
H20: 80 ozs
Make healthy choices
My plan is to carry allowable snacks (protein bars and protein drink) and water. Take and pack supps.
Be active as much as possible....park farther away, walk the airport while waiting for the flight
Log my food in and complete this post as soon as possible upon landing in Houston.
Merry Xmas Everyone!!!!

Well....I am not going to complain. I think I did well despite everything.
We arrived in Philadelphia at 2:30pm yesterday. I had 1 and 1/2 protein bars in route for lunch.
Our plane was delayed 1 then 2 then 3 hours in Philly.
The other things I ate while in the airport....tried my best to sustain but it did get the best of me.
I ate the meat, and veggies off two Whopper Juniors....threw the bread away. I was trying to be good. This was suppose to be my dinner.
Later had another protein bar...trying my best not to give in to temptation. This was to be my snack. Food everywhere...and everybody eating something that smells good.
After the third delay....when I bought the kids a slice of Pizza....I bought myself one as well. I was feeling a little stressed and pissed off at this point....so "F" it. Not good.
When we got on the plane finally....I was caught off guard by an actual meal being offered....tiny salad and small cheeseburger, Twix Bar and 2 small cups of Coke. Nooooooooooooooo!!!! what the hell happened to peanuts and water. I was not expecting this for real. I ate half of the burger and the rest.
I figure there is really no point beating my self up about all of this....its going to be hard to stay in a routine..plan etc... etc... being on the road. I will just do the best I can do. The most important thing is me being honest right now with myself about my intake. I know I will do better once I am back in my surroundings and can control the degree to which I get blind sighted.
