What are you all cooking for Christmas Dinner tomorrow? Me? I'm not cooking anything. Going to visit my man's family and enjoy all of their hardwork. I am craving some cheesy mac and cheese and green beans. Maybe I'll make my own for later when we come back home.

But, if you are cooking, what's on the menu?

Merry Christmas to all!

p.s. Thanks to all who participated in this year's christmas card exchange. I have received so many beautiful cards and kind messages. Thanks y'all!

Hey Wonkad,

What chu know bout fried corn up in Chi -town?  lol

Yeah I make mine by frying streak-o-lean in the pan first
then take it out and put it aside.  I add one stick of butter (not margerine)
to the pork grease then when melted add the fresh corn (with 2 tblspn flour).
When the corn is cooked (about 5 minutes)  I lay the pieces of streak-o-lean
on the top.  I only cook this on holidays and special occasions but lawd is it
good.
