Christmas Menu
Well, I had a Christmas Party:
Fried Chicken, Salad, Mac n Cheese, Potatoe Salad, Macaroni Salad, BBQ honey wings, curry chicken, curry goat, oxtail, seafood salad, seafood rice, baked ham, collard greens
Dessert: Jamaican Rum Cake, Jamaican Bread Pudding, Vanilla Bean Cheesecake, Sweet Potatoe Pie, Cheeseball and Crackers, German Chocolate Cake (Thanks Florence!) and then some. It was a blessed event!
