Got approval!!

I called my  insurance company  today  and found out that I was approved for  WLS . I am so grateful that God has sent this blessing to me. I have endured crazy insurance Reps, doctors, a divorce, nursing school and even negative views from both friends and family. But today  i finely  got approval. I don't care what anyone thinks, I'm getting the help that I need to have a better chance at a heathy  life. After spending a lifetime of doing things for my  ex-husband and my loving kids, it's time I did something for me. AND this is for me. Say  a prayer for me and my  new life.

Congrats.. way to go. Yes it's for you, there will aways be naysayers you just need to put them on ignore and do what's best for you

If you don't mind me asking what insurance do you have. I have Aetna and I'm waiting approval as well

I have AETNA (FED) they recieved my paper work on Dec 4th, logged in my request on the 9th and approved me on the 15th/ I guess it took almost a week to enter the approval into the system. I still have not heard from my surgeon.
