You can do it & stop beating yourself about this. You are not back at square one & you've made up pretty good ground since last summer. You could've thrown in the towel, but you didn't. I'm proud of you girl! When I have my struggles, then your story will encourage me to keep on fighting.

I am joining you on the 40...lol, I am gearing up right now for January to get back in gear 
for weight loss again, I have been partying a little bit too much over the last few months, I need to gear up for my spring wedding..so I will be hitting the gym HARD for the next two months...wishing you luck, it will be protein, protein , dark green veggies and water, water and treadmill and walking for me for while until I lose the 25 pounds that I gained back plus I want to lose about 15 more...Good luck, I right behind ya.
