What do u think of other tools..diet pills, sugar busters etc
I could care less of what others think. I will do what works for me and try something new if I think it will work for me. Lately, I had been struggling to get these last 15-20 pounds off on my own....NOT....so I started using diet pills and b12 shots this month. I call it my "assistance" to hopefully get me closer to my ultimate goal of 175 to 180.
People are so worried about what they eat between Christmas and the New Year, but they really should be worried about what they eat between the New Year and Christmas. ~Author Unknown
I don't think we have the right to judge...of course some will, but I always stated, "your journey is your journey!"
some of us have underlying illness so we may need a diet pill, etc. to help us reach goal.
My dumb doctor won't give me any, but I do take a prescribed diurectic due to water retention from an underlying illness I have. I will gain 15lbs in water weight ~I have not had an episode in forever~
So, it never rag on what another person does..I stay focused on me and offer advice where I can!
Good to see you!

Deedee don't go to a quack (there are plenty of them out there) if your primary does not want you to take diet pills. But for those nonmedical persons who put others down who use "aids" "assistance" other tools or diets after WLS all I have to say is live and let live.
You are right "your journey is your journey!"
