I'm ok so far this morning. Just had some malt-o-meal with splenda........not sure if that's good or bad. lol :)

I'm trying to figure out a "work out" plan for the next two weeks. I will be off with the kids until Jan 4th so................... I don't think the gym will be an option but I have enough at home to keep me busy. I plan on checking in and being accountable.

When nothing else could help................LOVE lifted me!!!!

Can't comment on malt o meal but the splenda's not a problem! Lol!

I know you'll find a way to work out at home.  There are a lot of dvd options out there.  You can also find someting fun and avtive to do with the kids.  Make it a fun family activity and get hubby in on it too.

Only workouts i'll be doing for the next few weeks is laying on a table and in a therapy pool getting manipulated.

This is offically my time off.

I don't f*cked around and cooked an egg custard pie.  Actually two of them the past two weeks.  I was craving one so bad, so I Googled the recipe, which was so easy a cave man could do it.  The second one is half way gone.

I gotta get my sweet tooth under control.  But, on the other side of the story, I find myself trying to maintain 180 lbs.  I'm between 176 and 179, so the extra sweets are a small bonus for the time being.  I justify eating them because I'm below where I wanna be.  But, I gotta give myself a reality check.  I know it's not good long term, so I'm working to ease up off em.

Exercise is still good.  I was one workout short last week.  Was supposed to make it up this past weekend, but got distracted.  Promised myself I'll knock the workouts out early this week in anticipation of holiday gym closures and such.  I'll hit it hard tonight to make up.

I've been thinking about doing an old fashioned egg custard.  No crust, just custard made with splenda and some aded protein powder.  Or maybe an almond meal crust?  Sounds good and you can afford it being under goal.  Still I hear you about being careful.  We nknow how easy it is to loose track of how many times we go back for more.

I hear you on the gym closings.  I've decided to to 5 indoor miles on Christmas Eve and again Christmas Day for the cardio.  I can't afford any skips this week despite the holidays.
