Its Monday BAF people.  Merry Christmas!  THREE days till Christmas Eve and FOUR till Christmas Morn.  

Tell the whole truth and be ccountable.  How are those holiday treats treating you?  Are you minding the calories in that eggnog?  Throw a tablespoon of protein in it and make it count.

I was dragging a lil bit this morning - hit the gym at 5:30 insteat of 5 sharp - I'll be on time tomorrow.

Protein shake when I got back home, packed lunch for work today to avoid temptation, took my vitamins and working to get in 80 oz of water today.....

So far.....so good!!!!

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

So far excellent!  I was two hours late to the gym this morning flapping my gums on the phone instead of leaving the house.   Mornings are working for you.

mornings ARE working for me!  I'm shocked really.  I actually woke up BEFORE my alarm last Thursday. 

I can definitely keep this schedule - the lack of traffic in the gym when I get there makes it worth it - I can work out in PEACE and dayum QUIET!!!!  man do I hate people.....

lemme really mess you up - got a co-worker who is like me - hates 'folk' - we were talking about crowded places one day, but she got ME with this one...

her - I hate crowds!  if it's too many people in one place, I leave

me - I know, huh?  I can't stand people!

her - I don't hate all people.... just those with epithelials.......

Yesterday was good yet I still managed to gain another 0.6 lbs overnight bringing my one week gain to six pounds even. 

In spite of my expanding girth, I'm determined to stay on plan with food and exercise.   Even if the scale continues to read like I'm a pre op on a final seven day binge, I'm sticking to my plan.  Weight loss may never stay on track but it won't be because I have not eaten and exercised on track.  

I have yet to update tracker but my calories are around 1000, right where they should be.  Yesterdays liquids, 72 oz, all vits taken.  I ate out yesterday and had a half cup of chex mix.  To keep calories under control I combined two meals into one.   

It is hard to stick to plan when the results are so negative, but for now I have no other option.  I'm going to continue to eat as though I'm actually loosing weight.  I will stick to plan.  I will stick to plan.  I will ...

I have been doing well with my eating. Exercise the weekend did not happen. I will kick it back into gear tonight.

The main goals I have is to exercise at least 45 minutes at least 3 times this week and continue to post and/or lurk on BAF.

I went back and looked at my Food diary and realized that I have lost 40 pounds since reconnecting with BAF last summer. Prior to that I had regained some of my PreWLS weight. Happy to say that I am the lowest weight I have been since My Freshman undergrad year.  

Coming here keeps me conscience that I have issues with food and that I must do something productive to either lose or not gain.

When I stepped away from BAF....it was as if my mind wandered into total denial of my issues. Decreased awareness ALWAYS leads to trouble. 

My goal over my vacation in Houston is to stay active...eat high protein and avoid the carbs as much as possible.

 Down forty, fantastic.  You are so right about awareness.  It was lack of awareness that led to obesity for me.  I will never allow that to happen again. 

People like us are in this for life.  We can't just cut back a little.  We've got to live it.
