UPDATE - First Post-Op Visit

First, thanks to everyone for their support through all of this drama I've been going through since surgery!!!

Second, I DON'T HAVE AN INFECTION!!!!  MY PICC LINE IS GOOD!!!!  My fever has been a reaction to having those flu vaccines that's all.  Now I remember why I always declined the flu shot in the past.  However, I still have the other issues - hopefully they'll resolve themselves!  I am going to my PCP later this morning for a follow-up and I see my surgeon/NP tomorrow to see how things are going and if we can pull this PICC.  I'll post later with the findings.

Thanks again for everything.  It's great to know that I have cyber friends out there when I need them!

Glad to hear you don't have an infection.  That whole flu shot thing is something I always struggle with.  I almost got it but thought it was to new and so didn't. 

Hope you get your problems resolved quickly.
