Brag on it BAF!!!
Last week at sorority meeting, we sat for pics for a new directory update of all members. We've done this about every two years. We wear jackets with our crest and chapter name, and the last one I remember sitting for I wore a size 22-24 jacket. I knew I would fit a smaller size this time, so I started with the 18..........too large.....then the 16......too large.......the the 14 was perfect!! I smiled an extra spakly grin sitting there just knowing how far I had come in this journey.

I'm none too happy myself this week but I had a little victory. I zipped up the size four Levis jeans this weekend. The thighs finally fit just right!

LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
Last week I found a brand new NICE waist length MACHINE WASHABLE leather jacket with the knit material sleeves at my favorite store (Value World) for only 7 bucks. Wasn't sure about tossing it in the washer but I did. Line dried it and as per instructions, put a pillowcase over it and ironed it. After that I hit it with some Scotts liquid gold to shine it up and you couldn't tell my old azz nuthin on today when I wore it with some jeans.

Last weekend I saw someone who I hadn't seen in 10 months. (had surgery 7 months ago). She literally looked me in my eyes and asked me for directions to someplace without knowing who I was. So I said "Oh, you don't remember me now". Still didn't register, she thought a moment, then her mouth dropped. She couldn't believe it was me. That made my day!
