tickers and signatures

I added my weight loss ticker a few days ago and the weight measurement is wrong.  How do you change the weight number and how do you add a signature?

You tickler is your "signature".   They have two ways to get into your Health tracker .  I use the one in the list below my picture.   I can change my weight and ticker.  After changing my weight, I 'EDIT"  my ticker.  
In the "edit" mode, there is a box to check to add your ticker (as your signature) when you send a post and also to add it to your profile.  I find that it takes about 24 hours for the ticker to change.   Hopefully, there is someone else out there who knows more.
